About Eddie

My name is Eddie Vanderpoorten, and I served within the U.S. special operations community with the 75th Ranger Regiment. Through years of high-stakes operations and elite training, I’ve developed a system to help individuals move from a state of chaos to a state of calm. My goal is to help you regulate your central nervous system (CNS), build awareness, and develop the focus needed to achieve your dreams.

 

Everything you need to succeed is already within you. You have the tools, the potential, and the ability—it just needs to be unlocked. My job is to guide you through that process, giving you the structure and skills to enhance your clarity, resilience, and productivity.
